Use the Cyanlabs Sync3 updater to update to at least v.3.4 if installing the newer USB Hubs with dual USB-A and USB-C. You will need to leave the old hub in place during the USB software update. The update involves sitting in your car with the engine running for 45 min. Do a factory reset after update.
